Acquisition to strengthen contractor and supply chain services.

Achilles has signed an agreement to acquire Cm3, a provider of contractor management software services in Australia and part of the Blackwoods Group within Wesfarmers’ Bunnings division. According to the company, the acquisition will strengthen its contractor compliance, supplier assurance and supply chain intelligence capabilities while expanding its presence in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Cm3 provides contractor compliance, workforce safety and operational risk management solutions across sectors including utilities, manufacturing, finance, property and facilities management, healthcare and education.
Achilles said the acquisition will combine Cm3’s expertise in contractor compliance and workforce safety with its own supplier assurance, financial resilience, cyber risk and operational risk management capabilities. The company stated that the transaction is expected to close in the coming months, subject to regulatory approval, and that both organisations are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for customers and partners without disruption to existing services. Achilles added that the acquisition forms part of its international growth strategy following acquisitions completed between 2024 and 2025.
