Women-led fleet management firm trackNOW secures extended seed funding from Poonawalla Group to boost R&D and operations.
Gujarat-based fleet management and telematics company trackNOW has secured an extended seed investment from the Poonawalla Group. Led by Yohan Poonawalla, Chairman of Poonawalla Engineering Group, and Michelle Poonawalla, Managing Director of Poonawalla Engineering Companies, the undisclosed funding aims to enhance R&D and operational efficiency.
Founded in 2016 by Pooja and Suyash Khemka, trackNOW specialises in intelligent tracking solutions that optimise fleet turnaround times and reduce costs. The company previously raised seed funding in FY24 from GI Ventures and BluSmart co-founder Anmol Jaggi.
Yohan Poonawalla emphasised the group’s commitment to mentoring startups, while Michelle Poonawalla highlighted trackNOW’s potential in revolutionising logistics. Co-founder Pooja Khemka called the investment a validation of their vision and a key driver for future growth. The partnership is expected to strengthen India’s logistics sector and drive technological innovation.
